Stakeholder Meetings

Harbour Dues Public Inquiry 2021
Following objections lodged against LHB’s schedule of charges, fees and dues for the years 2018-19 and 2019-20 under Section 31 of the Harbour Act 1964, a Public Inquiry took place between the 12th and 15th of October 2021. Details on the Secretary of State’s decision (dated 31 March 2022) can be found on our website here and on the Department for Transport’s website here.
